Bugsplat Caused Permanent Ping Increase

Yesterday after loading into a Ranked game a Bugsplat appeared at every attempt to reconnect. I had to restart my computer to be able to join the game but at that point it was too late. Every LoL game since then my ping is constantly spiking between 100-300. I have tried a full repair of LoL which included reinstalling the game, as well as restarting my modem. I've even tried reducing clutter on my computer with running CCleaner and uninstalling programs I don't have a use for anymore. Nothing has worked.
