Zoomed in Screen (In-Game)

I recently posted about this, but I'm going to provide some pics this time. What happens is when I start up a game everything is zoomed in on the top right portion of the screen and it makes it impossible to play the game.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I finally figured it out. Somehow it got changed to borderless instead of full screen.
