Game crashes at 94% in loading screen and not letting me know until they remake

I sat at 94% with a spinning circle for 4 minutes before it told me they remade and that the game was no longer running. I want my LP back(or a fix rolled out for this. It's not fair to lose my progress because your game fails to connect. It ain't on my end. I've seen/talked to many people since this most recent client update complaining of the same thing. I thought the damn spinning circle was supposed to inform you that everything is going swell. I feel lied too.

This has happened to me now, two times in a row( I have lost fucking 30 LP due to this man....), where the loading screen has fucked me over. Infuriating. I'll provide logs if someone can tell me how. I am pretty sure this isn't on my end though
