[CLIENT] Cannot Lock In Champion

Recently, I have oftentimes not been able to lock in my champion. The lock in button turns grey and when I click it, nothing happens. It seems to occur more often after changing runes and masteries. I haven't found anything else out about the issue, but if I find out something new, I'll come back and add it. Thanks!
