Loading Screen Wouldn't Pop Up

I just tried to play a league match and normally when the champion select ends and the loading screen starts my loading screen wouldn't pop up. It just said "Game still in progress..."

I restarted my client twice and it never popped up so my team was forced to remake

EDIT: Ok I tried to play another match and every time I try to connect to the match it said THIS: https://prnt.sc/mplw4v

So I created a full crash dump because I figured that would be useful.... but I couldn't get back into the game even after restarted my client. This error message just kept popping up

I've played many matches on this patch and never have experienced this before. I am scared to even try playing another match because I don't want to get a timer. Hope this can get sorted out
