Reksai Q bug - Possibly Related to Gragas Q bug At Worlds

So I was playing Rek'sai, everything was going fine and in the middle of the game i tried to press q in unburrowed form and it would not cast, my q key was working, all my other abilities were working but q would not go off. I press it and it says that I cannot cast it again since it is casting at this moment but nothing was happening and that ability was grayed out. So I decide to press w and switch forms to see if my burrowed q would work. But when I pressed w all I got was the animation of reksai going unburrowed even though I was already in an unburrowed state. But after that my q worked again. Still not sure what causes this bug to happen.
