Anivia E not procing on stun

Just played an aram game, multiple instances when i would land my stun or when i drop my ult on them to slow+e it doesnt deal double dmg.

Thanks riot. nerfed her dmg, made her ult into a weird channel and didnt touch her wall or her base movement speed. and now she doesnt deal double with proc. ... just nerfed the hell out of a champ that needed a buff.
