So I refunded Zyra and bought Azir with the refunded IP...

...And I can still pick Zyra in champion select, but not Azir. It shows on my profile that I own him and not Zyra. The transactions show up in the store. The champion select is just bugged. I'm not sure why. Maybe I have to wait a little while?

EDIT: My bad. I just had to wait a while. Ignore this. I jumped to conclusions early.
