It is impossible to select chroma packs in the new champ select.

Yeah.. that's annoying. There seems to be a diamond on the basic skin which might indicate I have the chroma pack, but I cant select any of the skins...

This is an issue that they are aware of and are working on. They said the fix should be shipped with the next patch.
