[Client] Locked symbol cut off

Hi all, I got ranked restricted and didn't know when it would end. It would be nice if the warning message actually said this. But if you hover your mouse over the ranked game tab, then it shows a tooltip that reveals the info. I noticed the lock symbol is cut off so here's the screenshot of the bug: http://i.imgur.com/DagbOLW.jpg

Also I got reported 2 ranked games ago for negative behavior due to saying "stop arguing". Silver league is best league.
