are you signed in to your account on the esports website and have you turned on rewards before watching any of them?

same problem here eu-west account lsaddat. again and again the same error, watched today from rift rivals na vs eu vod https://watch.lolesports.com/vod/102325389812061443/1/XO2_hZrmhzA got no rewads for it. rewards are setup correctly, adblocker is completly disabled.
