i love how veigar can be charmed, and not instantly move towards ahri, yet the charm timer still goes but when literally outside of leona ult, am still instantly stunned

Veigar was in the middle of an animation.. He couldnt walk away either. you were also dead center when leona's ult came down.
Not sure where your problem is lol. You may have been leaving leonas ult with Ahri's dash, but your starting position was still dead center of leonas ult.
Viegs was mid cast animation, so he finishes it then walks towards Ahri.
When Leo's ult detonated, Ahri isn't out of the radius.
