Arclight Vel'Koz Particles

Arclight Vel'Koz's passive stacks don't show up for other Vel'Kozes on his team. The animation when the passive triggers still plays, and the damage still goes through, but it's confusing. I was playing Battlecast; I'm unsure if this happens for all skins.
