if my screen doesn't load, cancel the queue without a dodge please

there's been a few times this past month where my queue doesn't load, I get a blank screen instead. if I wait, eventually I time out and it's a queue dodge. if I "x" the client, it's a queue dodge. there is no other way for me to interact with the client.
