[GAMEPLAY] XP Lock Button Doesn't Lock EXP From EXP Runes

What the title says. Don't know if this information matters but I was playing renekton and the exp was from minions. I was on blue team and there was a Darius Intermediate Bot on the enemy team. I have only pressed the EXP Lock button once and the Teleport to Location Button once. At that time I had 2 EXP runes equipped, and each minion gave 6 exp instead of 0.

Hope this gets fixed soon.

PS: Don't Judge me for buying EXP runes, I have too much IP.
