Can I get a pass on the leaver buster penalty?

I have posted about league crashing my PC before. (Got no answers, by the way.) The problem seems to worsen on certain patches, but always progressively getting worse. But this time, it's gotten far worse, it has been crashing my computer every single game, and unlike before, it keeps crashing my computer after I get back to the same game. So basically, the game is unplayable for me, and on top of that I got leaver buster, 20 minutes this time. Sometimes reinstalling made it better, which is what I am doing now. But come on, I'm trying my best here, I tried various things with my computer to try and fix this problem, a problem with only league and no other games, by the way.

I found an old post, this guy seems to have had the same problem I am having now, maybe not exactly the same but most similar to mine out of all my googling, but there was no answer on that thread.

If anyone knows anything about this, any advice will be MUCH appreciated.

Also, Hextech repair tool isn't reinstalling leauge for some reason, I will have to do it manually. It just gathered logs and then stopped doing anything else, and yes I have checked the reinstall box. Maybe this is related?
