"[Game no longer running]" error during loading screen

During the loading screen of a normal 5v5 summoner's rift draft pick game, It got stuck at 79%. After waiting for a bit I alt-tabbed to check what the issue was, and there was this error dialogue that said something along the lines of "game no longer running". I clicked ok/confirm/something like that, then the loading screen closed and went to a post-game screen where it said I was afk.

I've been having similar issues often as of late, resulting in me getting low-priority qeue. similar issues I've had before:

• error: you got disconnected
• remake after reconnecting
