[Gameplay] As Viktor, doing a skill combo with Q sometimes makes his shield immune to damage.

(Note: This is copy-pasted from a ticket I sent in not 5 minutes ago.)

This happened to one of my friends in a game he played. He was ambushed in the jungle and he pressed EQR. For a short while, he took no damage to his shield. He died afterwards, but the bug could be game-breaking in certain moments, such as surviving burst that could have killed Viktor without the bug, or tower diving/surviving tower dives.

I believe the repro steps are as follows:

1. Play Viktor.
2. Get E Augment.
3. As an enemy approaches you, do a combo with Q second. For example, EQR will work, as will EQW. The combo must be executed at close range (roughly melee range, or just a couple of units away)
4. If done correctly, Viktor's shield will be temporarily immune to damage.
