Pulsefire Ezreal clunky?

I know a while back PFE was legitimately slower than other Ezreal skins, and Riot has since fixed that. However, to me, he still feels pretty clunky compared to the other skins. I've played 500-700 games or so since the match history changes, and then some. I've been playing PFE on my main because my name is directly related to PFE, but whenever I swap back to another skin, it feels much more smooth and easier to play. Does anyone else feel this way, or am I just imagining things?
