Targon progged twice but my adc only got one cs

I was playing support last game...Strangest bug I've seen in a while my Targon proced twice but my adc only got 1 cs for it.

its a known bug since this patch Riot mention they hope to have it fixed on patch 8.24

alot of the time its counting 2 cs for the support with the relic shield/targons and none for the ADC/Ally while still giving them the gold share
