[BUG]No Key Fragments if Chests are on Cooldown

Since the launch, I have won all four of my S rank chests that I have available.

I got all those in the first two days, while getting them I achieved 4 key fragments.

Since then, I have won 12 games without seeing a single Key Fragment.

Now, I realize that they're not guaranteed drops, and you could put this to "bad luck" but getting 4 key fragments in something like 6 games, then none in 12, is very strange, since I got them UNTIL I didn't have chests to earn.

My chest refreshes in 2 days, so I will play ONLY champs I have earned a chest on until I have enough key fragments (assuming I get any) to open 5 chests then continue playing as usual to test this out.

*EDIT: After 17 games I got a key fragment with them all on CD. Jesus christ these things are grindier than IP.

Not a bug, Same thing happened to me once i got 4 but i received more keys later on. I've collected 7 key fragments so far since the release. It's all luck and the more people you party with, the higher the chance of getting a key drop.

Hi, it's not a bug. my main is on the tr server and i can tell you key fragments are not something you will get easily, it takes time to get them. iirc a rioter on reddit said they made the system so that you could open all your available chest by the end of the month
