Not getting bugplat.

I just entered two games and once I loaded in, I was greeted with a remake screen saying that I left the game and was rewarded -20 lp two times. I then got a leaver buster for a game that I never left. My character was loading in and the blue circle in the bottom right corner was spinning the whole time. Basically, I never got notified that I left, and therefore did not try to reconnect to the game. I never got bugsplatted. I honestly have no idea what caused this as my computer was running fine before, but now I'm down 40 lp and there was literally nothing I could do about it. Riot please fix this issue.
