NEW Taric W bug [GAMEPLAY]

This one is pretty simple though. I've noticed that if you're cursor isn't within a certain radius from Taric you can not self-quick cast his new W.

1. Cast W on ally
2. Move cursor away from Taric (about 4 or 5 teemos or further)
3. W key set to quick+self cast, activate but doesn't active
4. move cursor closer to Taric and it does self cast, or click on ally to cast

For example, I was in the middle of a fight, the W was already attached to my adc, I kept pressing W to active shield but couldn't do it unless it was close to Taric (within about 4 or 5 teemos) or clicked on the adc.
