Missing LP?

Before the servers were shut down for maintenance I had won a ranked game, when the servers opened back up I played a game(and lost) and i noticed my LP had gone from 31 to 12 but i had 31 before I won the previous game. Did the game not count because of the server shut down or is this a bug?

Sounds like a bug related to the server thing, yes.
