Champion Portraits Being Put In The Wrong Place/Scoreboard

So this is pretty simple. Every time I enter a game, my portraits and scoreboard organization are reset to the default settings. So instead of my portraits being on the left hand side, they are above the minimap, and instead of the scoreboard being mirrored, it isnt.

The bug will fix itself, all I need to do is press ESC and everything goes back to normal, but its really annoying to have to do it every game
