I can't edit my runes

So I got into a champion select for a ranked game. And once I chose my champion, I could not edit my runes and click on any of it. When I hovered over it, it displayed the text saying that I have to be level 8 or above. I'm level 50 something. I was wondering what this might be an issue about, maybe not a bug but a personal computer issue of some sort. idk

Edit: i just noticed my offensie language in the chat :/, forgive me ;-; I didn't want to go into game with undying grasp, although i did and still won :D
