serious FPS issues right now

I, as well as many of my friends and random leaguers I have come across lately have all been experiencing major FPS spikes and various issues relating to. It's seriously affecting my games and has lost me a little bit of LP. Ever since this new patch came out idk...it's really been sh*tting the bed.
