Cinderhulk does not interact with the bonus health from Crimson Pact
Vlad's passive even states that it gives bonus health, yet this health does not interact at all with cinderhulk.

man I NEVER thought of that. brilliant kinda if it worked. skirmisher/hulk on vlad would work wonders technically. if it doesnt work, I hope they fix this... cause this would be fun to start doing
I thought Bonus Health resulting from champion passives like Sion's Soul Furnace did not count towards Cinderhulk.
