Can't cast spells unless clicking them with mouse.

This is a bug i've been getting semifrequently lately, like 1 in 5 games whe ni load in i can't use the q w e r keys to use my spells i haveto manually click them or quit the game and reconnect, I dont know what causes it has something to do in loading.
