[GAMEPLAY] Veigar Q not hitting Vel'Koz

The other night, I was playing as Leprechaun Veigar, and I was up against Vel'Koz. Every time I tried to Q him, it would just go through his model and not hit unless it was DIRECTLY in the center of his model. He even commented on this in game, asking if my Q was working.
