Bugsplat in Champ Select. Unable to select masteries/spells

I just got bugsplatted in champ select and when I came back the menu was buggy and it wouldn't let me swap my summoner's spells. I was able to select my champ but when I went to change from Garen masteries to Fizz masteries the game kept telling me there was an error and ultimately it refused to change my masteries and I got decimated.
