Make it so people can't ban the champ you have selected

There's many times where people bm players in champ select by banning champs they have selected, and this is clearly the opposite of the actual intention of this feature. It would be best to prevent this outright by making it so if your teammate has a champ chosen, it makes it so fellow teammates cannot ban that champ at all, or make it a reportable offense to bm teammates as well as logging pre-game lobby chats and actions allowing us to report people outside of matches so that you can dodge and still report said players.

No, I simply would just like a confirmation button at most.

"Your team member is showing this champ. Confirm ban?"

Because there are legitimate reasons to ban a desires pick at times.

Actually this is for a reason, there are certain champions that are just toxic to their own team... along with most of the people who play them.

Ban > pick.

To be quite blunt, the ban mechanic takes priority over the pick mechanic. Hence why the ban mechanic comes first and why there are no rules on who you can ban.

If you are unhappy with the ban mechanic being in place, you are free to play blind pick where there is no ban mechanic. If you choose to play draft, you’re choosing to do so with the ban mechanic - which takes priority over desired picks. You can always pick another champ - but they can’t go back and ban a champ if the enemy takes it or if they don’t want to play with it.

think this sums it up pretty well.

the whole point of the ban system is to give players the control to ban a champion they don't want in the game.

if your pick is banned can you just pick another champ.
