Rek'Sai's Smart-Casted Ultimate is unresponsive at times.

So I've been playing allot of Rek'Sai in Hide&Seek lately and what I've noticed is that sometimes when I go to use her ultimate on one of my tunnels on the map, it doesn't work (i.e. it doesn't trigger the ultimate activating for whatever reason). Now since I mainly use the mini-map for this, it can mean the difference between life and death, as it did in my last game, where I lost my 5th and final life to the seeker team of Darius and Leona when my ultimate wouldn't activate for whatever reason there.

Now maybe it's just because I'm not clicking/selecting/hovering over properly the actual tunnel that I want to go to but since this seems and feels like it happens about 50% of the time or so (give or take of course there) it's a very annoying bug of sorts that I feel needs to be fixed before it's all too late (if it is even a bug there of course).

To reproduce this simply play as Rek'Sai (I'm pretty sure that the skin doesn't matter but I only own her Classic skin right now at the time of this post), create a few tunnels on the map and then try to go to them on the mini-map via smart-cast R and then watch as it fails to activate sometimes for whatever reason there.

Now I've only played as her on Dominion so far but I'm fairly certain and pretty sure that this bug can happen anywhere regardless of the map she's played on, so there's that least.
