Weird Champion Select Bug

Recently queued up for a ranked game with a friend and I soon discovered that if i tried to type in the party chat or the champion select chat that some of the keys didn't work. The weirdest thing is that all my keys worked when i typed to my friend with a private message. For example when i typed "abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz", what actually came out was "abcdeghilmnoprstuvWxy". The problem was gone again once I loaded into the game.
