No masteries

I just lost a game mostly because I didn't have any masteries. I had just made the masteries in champion select beforehand and I checked twice to make sure that i had saved it properly and had selected it (because I've made the mistake before). Still, when i got into the game I had no masteries whatsoever, which entirely ruined the laning phase, and had a negative effect on the whole game... I don't know if these matter but here's the details:

• Ranked champion select
• Picked Ahri as my champion
• Remade my Ahri masteries and saved them
