Spectate mode still isn't working RIOT PLEASE

This is maybe the 10th thread about this problem. I'm not the only one who has this problem. I literally can't spectate any game since 1 week or so. Please Riot fix this problem. Since I'm in low elo I love to spectate high elo games while drinking my green tea. Whenever I try to spectate a game LoL client doesn't response and then I have to use task manager to end it. I even re-installed the game and still having the same problem.

Also, I would like to mention that there are many people who can't log in flawless. I literally have to try at least 4-5 times before logging in. Usually getting that PVP.net connection error for no reason. Another thing that store literally dying in a bug which won't allow players to buy something. Today I was trying to buy Dragonblade Riven, Warring Kingdoms Katarina, Firecracker Jinx etc. and I spent at least 1h to buy them.

RIOT PLEASE FIX THESE PROBLEMS.
