Champion issues causing lag

With all of the recent champs getting disabled for causing instability, I -think- I'm having the issue with Diana.

I only played her twice today, and not consecutively. Both times out of the dozen matches i've played today, I've lagged really hard when playing her and only her today. The ultimate is a real issue. Instead of a dash, it appears to be a slow hover or sometimes more like a flash. My framerates drop noticeably for whatever reason as well.

I wanna know... Anyone played Diana today having issues? Or is my luck with lag this coincidental? I don't wanna join a game to further test it out, because it's really painful on the eyes.
