Glitch (?) in a custom game

When I took the health relic on tt a teemo shroom explosion animation popped up But It dealt no damage And the main bug is that there was no teemo in that game It was me as tryndamere vs a ziggs intermediate bot and a garen intermediate bot and a soraka intermidiate bot Why does this animation happen?
