Champ select has some visual problems

Some of the graphics are out of place. Summoner spells sometimes don't show up, just a box with nothing in it, until you mouse over it or click it to bring the spells up.

Champs portrait aren't aligned in the circle thing, way off to the left and out of the client.

Probably because of this, champ select has crashed on me twice, whenever it's my turn to choose a champ. The champion select page would attempt to slide up and then freezes.
