[Gameplay} Head Hunter Caitlynn's traps were stunning immediatly on drop.

In a recent Brawlers game, Said Caitlynn was able to "target" enemy champs w/ her Yordle snap-traps and they would immediately root w/o any arming time. This happened all game and they were quite happy to abuse it. Please inquire.
