Cannot see the Emotes Wheel in game but can still access it

When I pull up the Emotes Wheel, all I can see is the cursor. Dragging in any direction toggles the corresponding Emote but the wheel itself is completely hidden. Only minor, but it threw off some very important BM (Kappa)
