[GAMEPLAY] Sona's aura sounds are muted after using an ability

It's been a some time since Sona was reworked and today I noticed that something is missing. Before her rework, Sona used to play a sound when her auras were active and that's one of the reasons why I loved laning with her. I'm not sure if it is intended or not but I can only hear this if I don't use any ability as Sona. After using any of Sona's abilities, sound disappears.

**How to reproduce the issue: ** 1. Pick Sona. 2. As the game starts, don't use any ability and listen for the sound. 3. Use any of her abilities. 4. Listen again.

The only reason why I've never noticed it before was habit of using Q and stacking passive just when the game has started.

NOTE If you got Sound FX Volume muted you won't hear anything anyway.
