Aatrox dash issues

Played several games now as Aatrox (as he was (and i say "was" b4 he got completely ruined, like a water downed Riven)) and whenever you dash with him, you can't atk or move right away. There is this 1.5 sec delay and makes the move completely pointless. This happens sometimes on the movement, but constantly with the auto atks or spell casting.
