Heimedinger turret bug

While playing Heimedinger, my team got into a team fight, and of course i placed turrets everywhere. The enemy Ashe escaped. While walking away from my turrets, i noticed one was firing at nothing in a random direction. I had a good laugh about it , and left that turret up for a while. But, when the enemy Ashe was visible again, my turret started aiming at Ashe, even thought she was a lane away. it fired projectiles at her, but no damage was done.

The same thing happened later in another game. this time against a Brand. i believe no one on my team could see it, because i pinged and mentioned it in chat, but no one even spoke of the buggy turret.

Unfortunately, i am unsure how i managed to bug the turret, and have no proof of the bugs existence other then this post.

I just wanted to let Riot know of this bug, even though i don';t think it hurts anything if its there. as long as the bug doesn't deal damage across the map, and only aimed at the (i presume the last targeted) champion when they were in sight, i am fine with it being in the game.
