This happens to me on Windows 8.1 and because of it i've been steering away from zed for a while
YES!!! I knew it. Let me tell you the actual bug I am facing every game. Whenever I skill my w first time, after I cast my shadow(first time), the shadow doesn't follow. Instead it just stands there. For me it's the only time that happens is when I cast my w first time. Other than that I have no problem. I wanted to make a post about it but I was too lazy. I use microsoft. Hope riot can fix.
The w q bug is know. It happens if you q too quick after w

It's meant to be like that. There's a delay on Zed's shadow, and it got nerfed in one patch (hence why Zed wasn't played for a while) So yeah, just do it a liiiiitttle bit after you w, in order to get the q. I think only his E will instantly cast with W.
