I have had an issue twice now where the game crashes during the victory / defeat animation at the end of the game. Both times I was holding space, and the game appeared to have frozen as if it were a console game with disk issues.
Bump because this has happened to me too.
Mine does it after every game without pressing anything. both ARAM and Rift cause the crash. I've only had the game ACTUALLY crash (where bugsplat comes up and such) once. The rest of the time it just freezes and I have to ctrl alt del out and close the client.
Maybe someone used 
on our clients?
