Token mastery bug

I earned an S in this game playing as Jax. Postgame lobby I got the pop up congratulating me on earning an S and a level 6 token mastery. I checked my hextech loot and it isnt there. I wanted to put it a ticket in but it kept kicking me over to this forum so I guess I may get lucky and an admin could help me...
