[Gameplay] Veigar Stun Cage in ARAM
So i got veigar in an aram. I was using my stun cage as you do and it had some interactions with the mark/dash that I'm not sure should be happening.

If someone marked someone else and cast dash he/she would be stopped as soon as he/she hit the cage. This seems pretty odd to me, I called it out as being pretty bs and felt bad for the guy it happened to. We've already established mark/dash doesn't get blocked by anything, you guys said this, so why does dash stop on the stun cage? If it's because only mark doesn't get stopped but dash does it still doesn't really make sense since the person is untargetable.

This happened many more times, but in particular was one instance where it happened before the cage had actually come up out of the ground. the person dashed just as i had used the cage and before the walls came up (before you are even able to be stunned) the person was stopped on the wall and i think stunned then, or when the walls came up shortly after.
I'm not sure if #1 is intended but it seems pretty weird if it is, #2 seems like a straight up bug though.
