Brand Ult Not Interacting Properly With Windwall

Was just in a game and Brand ulted through Windwall after it was fully up. Please take a look at this, as far as I remember Brand's Ult counts as a projectile and you're supposed to be able to block it.

Edit: A quick google shows that this has been a problem for almost 3 years.
