Can We Finally Admit That Camille's E Hitbox is 100% broken and fix it?

^ LCS game and Hauntzer gets stunned by a Camille that completely missed him. I see this happen LITERALLY (yes, I actually mean literally) every game that I'm against a Camille. She can even stun you when you appear to be out of the max range of her E. I'm beyond fed up with this supposed "high skill" champion getting free stuns that she doesn't earn.
